Our Sales Process
At Prime Granite and Cabinets, we believe in making the countertop installation process as simple as possible for our customers. Our countertop installation process involves four steps:
- Come in for a rough in-store estimate if you have a layout with measurements
- Our team will help you pick out whatever you need for your remodel. Whether that's cabinets, countertops, backsplash or sinks.
- After material selection is made and we have gone over what your remodel entails, we will schedule you for a free in home estimate.
- We will email or call you with the quote and if you would like to proceed then you’ll put a deposit down and we get you into our schedule.
Our Installation Process
After we've completed the sales process, we'll move on to the installation process, which includes:
- Inspecting materials to ensure you like them
- Demoing the space — you can choose to do this yourself or have our team do it
- Cabinet installation
- Templating on top of cabinets, which includes your approval of the final shape for stone installation on raw slabs
- Custom stone is cut and polished
- Counter is installed
- Backsplash is installed
- Flooring is installed
